Care Supervisor – No Travel, Just Meaningful Impact!

Part Time|32.5hourperweek
£15.75/hr (day shifts) | £12.24/hr (sleep-in nights) + additional supplemental £10.53 per sleep shift and £1/hr weekend uplift where applicable.

Llanthony Place is a Retirement Living PLUS development comprising of 55 one and two bedroom retirement apartments exclusively for the over 70sIt has some outstanding communal facilities, including a communal lounge and on-site bistro and landscaped gardens.

A typical shift starts from 4.15pm and finish's at 9.00am, working alternate weekends.
Our Care Supervisors sleep between 11:00pm and 07:00am providing only emergency support to our homeowners throughout that period.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, support, and motivate the Care & Support team
• Coordinate resident care plans and ensure compliance with high standards
• Assist with wellbeing-focused activities and day-to-day care needsl
• Foster a friendly, inclusive atmosphere that promotes independence
• £15.75/hour day rate
• + £1/hour weekend enhancement (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday)

About You:

• Experienced in care or support work (1+ year preferred)
• Level 3AdultHealth & Social Care (minimum of Level 2 Health and Social Care and willing to upskill)
• Leadership experience – You’ve supported or supervised a team
• Organised, compassionate, and community-minded
