Thames Water is seeking a Pre-Employment Screening & Vetting Lead on a fixed-term basis (up to 6 months) to coordinate and embed changes across Resourcing, People Services, screening operations and external suppliers, ensuring consistent guidance and joined-up delivery.
You will translate screening framework updates into practical processes for both new starters and existing colleagues, maintain controls, and align delivery with compliance and risk management.
