What You’ll Do

As a Hot Tub MaintenancePerson , you will:

• Workas part of the hot tub team across a range of lodges , ensuring all hot tubs are functioning correctly and maintained to ahigh standard
• Carryout twice-daily water chemistry testing , deepcleaning on changeover days, and address issues swiftly to minimise guestdisruption
• Liaisewith the housekeeping and maintenance teams toensure hot tubs remain in excellent condition
• Completeall compliance paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintainstock levels ofchemicals, PPE, and relevant supplies
• Followall health and safety procedures , ensuringsafe working practices and correct use of PPE
• Supporta five-star guest experience by resolvingfaults and maintaining operational excellence across all hot tubs on site

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dependable,proactive team member with:

• Previoushot tub maintenance or basic water testing experience (desirable)
• COSHHexperience working with commercialcleaning chemicals
• Goodcommunication skills and the ability towork both independently and as part of a team
• Strongattention to detail and a solid workethic
• Physicalfitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weathers
• Desirable: Photometer usage, Pool Plantqualification, or PWTAG/BISHTA accreditation
