YouwilljoinourCommercialteamsupportingavarietyofprojectscoveringtheNorthWestRegion.

YouwillsupportfinancialmanagementofContracts,inpartnershipwiththeContractsManagersand/orProjectManagers.

Whatyouwillbedoing:

Workinpartnershipwithsitemanagement,commerciallysupportingsitesasrequired,todevelopaproactivesiteteam.Ensuringthatcontractualobligationsareidentifiedandadministered.
VetcontractdocumentationonreceiptfromClienttoensurecompatibilitywiththeCompany’sTenderandsubsequentnegotiations
ProduceCommercialRiskRegisterforeachcontract.Monitorriskandassistinimplementationofagreedmitigationmeasures
PrepareandissueenquiriesforMajorPlant&EquipmentandSub-Contractpackages.Vetquotationscommerciallyandnegotiatepriceandtermswithvendors.IssueresultantPurchaseOrders
PrepareandsubmitApplicationsforPaymentand/orInvoices,obtainPaymentCertificatesandprogressClientPaymentsinaccordancewithcontractualprovisions
Measure,submitandagreeVariations,Loss&Expenseand/orCompensationEventsinaccordancewithcontractualprovisionstofacilitatepromptagreementofFinalAccounts
Monitoron-siterecordkeeping.PrepareandissueNoticesinaccordancewithcontractualprovisions
PrepareandsubmitmonthlyCostValueReconciliationsandCash/SpendProfiles.AttendContractReviewMeetings
AuthorisationandcodingofSuppliers’andSub-Contractors’InvoicesandsubmissiontoFinanceforpayment
Measure,certifyandagreeSub-Contractorsinterimvaluationsandfinalaccounts.PrepareandissuecontractualnoticestoSub-Contractors
