AsaJunior HR Business Partner ,you’llplay a key role in supporting leaders across the business,taking ownership of day-to-day people matters and acting as a trusted partner and first point of contact for colleagues and managers.

This role supports our teams across our London bases and offers hybrid working with some flexibility to work from home; however, this is not a fully remote position.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership for their designated bases, whilst being supported by the wider HR team. This is a highly visible, regional role requiring regular travel across the bases, a strong on-site presence, and the ability to build effective relationships with operational leaders and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Whatyou’llbe doing as a Junior HR Business Partner:

• Working with our Managers and colleagues todeliver proactive, commercially focused HR advice aligned to businessobjectives, workforceplansand organisational priorities.
• Supporting peopledecision‑makingthrough the use ofdata and insight,identifyingtrends,risksand opportunities across areas such as employee relations, engagement,absenceand attrition.
• Coaching and appropriately challenging managers to build confidence and capability in people management, promoting consistency, fairness andhigh‑performanceoutcomes.
• Managing employee relations cases at theappropriate level, escalating complex orhigh‑riskmatters whererequired,ensuring adviceremainslegallycompliant.
• Contributing to talent,successionand workforce planning activity byidentifyingcapability gaps,risksand development opportunities.
• Supporting cyclical HR activities, engagement initiatives, communicationforumsand HR projects, continuously looking to improve service delivery and colleague experience.

Whatyou’llhave:

You willpossessstrong communicationand relationship management skills andwill be an ambassador fortheJet2 brand and ethos. You will also have:

• Proven HR generalist experience in a fast-paced operational environment, with exposure to a broad range of people matters and employee relations cases.
• Strongcommercial awareness , with the ability to align HR support to business needs and workforce priorities.
• Confidence in buildingcredible relationships and constructively challenging managers to drive fair,consistentand effective outcomes.
• Experience usingdataandinsight to inform decisions and translate people metrics into practical actions.
• Strong organisational skillsand the ability to manage competing priorities .
• Up‑to‑dateemployment lawknowledge.
• Experience within an airline, operational, or fast-paced environment would be beneficial, along with a CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
