Are you an experienced 360 Recruiter who enjoys owning the full recruitment journey, building strong relationships with hiring managers and proactively finding great talent?

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team supporting Baker McKenzie, delivering end-to-end recruitment within a fast-paced Professional Services environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong proactive sourcing capability with confident stakeholder management and full-cycle recruitment experience. You’ll take ownership of your roles from initial briefing through to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, shape effective recruitment strategies and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

You’ll also can use your market knowledge and sourcing expertise to build talent pipelines, provide meaningful market insights and influence hiring decisions.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing and sourcing through to interview, offer and acceptance.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, acting as a recruitment adviser rather than simply taking a brief.
• Lead detailed vacancy consultations, understanding the skills required and agreeing the right recruitment and sourcing approach.
• Develop and deliver proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, talent databases, networks, social channels and other relevant platforms.
• Identify and engage both active and passive talent, building strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates, providing hiring managers with high-quality, well-qualified shortlists.
• Use market insight and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on candidate availability, skills, market conditions and realistic hiring expectations.
• Manage interview activity, candidate feedback and complex offer negotiations.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, acting as a strong ambassador for Baker McKenzie.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and work effectively against agreed SLAs, KPIs and hiring targets.
• Share knowledge and best practice with the wider recruitment team and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

Must-Haves

• Strong end-to-end/360 recruitment experience within Professional Services.
• Proven experience personally managing the recruitment lifecycle from role qualification and proactive sourcing through to offer and acceptance.
• Strong proactive sourcing capability, including extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and a variety of sourcing channels.
• Experience recruiting a mixture of professional, specialist and/or senior-level roles.
• Confident stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with and influencing senior hiring managers.
• A consultative approach, with the ability to challenge a brief, advise on talent availability and recommend alternative recruitment strategies where required.
• Demonstrable experience building pipelines and engaging passive talent, rather than relying predominantly on applications.
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing and assessment skills.
• Experience using market insights and recruitment data to shape sourcing strategies and influence hiring decisions.
• Confidence managing offers and candidate negotiations.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Experience working to recruitment SLAs, KPIs and hiring targets.
• Strong understanding of inclusive recruitment and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

• Experience recruiting within a global Professional Services organisation.
• Exposure to multi-country or international recruitment.
• Experience supporting complex, niche or senior-level hiring.
• Experience coaching or supporting other Recruiters or Sourcers
