Global TUPE HR Specialist – UK & Ireland

G-P is seeking an HR Specialist to partner with clients in the EOR space, owning the full employee lifecycle and acting as the in-country HR expert for the UK and Ireland. You will guide compliance, transfer processes, and post-transfer integration across borders.

You will collaborate with payroll, benefits brokers, and legal advisers while leveraging HRIS tools to ensure accurate and timely HR operations and data handling.
