• Car driver - essential
• 1 days per week
• Must be independent in dysphagia management for children from 0-12 months and over

Requirements

• 1 year(s) post graduate experience
• Valid Passport/Visa
• Fully compliant and cleared to work
• DBS or Police Check
• HCPC Registered
