Emerald Place in Charlwood, Surrey, is seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team supporting young people aged 13–18 with mental health needs. You will lead the OT service, manage complex caseloads, and help shape therapy provision within a Tier 4 CYPMHS setting.
Reporting to the Therapy Lead, you will develop living skills, supervise junior staff, and access extensive CPD opportunities and benefits offered by Elysium Healthcare.
