At Asda, we want you to find your everything. As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—serving with heart at pride. Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.

What makes a brilliant Customer Delivery Driver:

• Customer-focused: You enjoy helping people and making their experience a positive one.
• Team player: You work well with others and support your colleagues.
• Reliable: You show up ready to work and take pride in what you do.
• Positive attitude: You bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift.
• Willing to learn: You’re open to training and keen to build your skills.

What you’ll bring:

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• A friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings – no two days are the same.

Everything you'll love

Alongside a competitive salary, you'll get lots of other great benefits too, including:

• Colleague discount: 15% off your shopping at Asda from day 1 for you and a nominated user
• Discounted rates and special offers on Asda services such as Mobile, Pharmacy, Opticians, Personal Loan, Pet Insurance, Travel Insurance, Travel Money, Tyres, Breakdown Cover
• Stream: access to flexible pay, income tracker, financial coaching, exclusive savings account and much more.
• Company pension
• Wellbeing: including 24/7 virtual GP, 24/7 EAP service, as well as access to free counselling, legal, mortgage, cancer and bereavement support
• Asda Allies Inclusion Networks – helping colleagues to make sure everybody is included and that our differences are recognised and celebrated.
• Excellent parental leave policies, including maternity & adoption leave, paternity leave, shared parental leave, neonatal care leave, and support for those doing fertility treatments.
• Colleague recognition programme
• Special offers and discounts across a range of services and activities, from airport parking to theme parks and cinemas.
