The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive Junior Customer Success Representative to help our customers get maximum value from Detego technology. Working closely with our Sales team, you’ll support customers throughout their journey, from initial trials and onboarding to training, ongoing account support, and renewals.

You’ll build strong relationships, develop an in-depth understanding of our technology, and identify opportunities to provide additional support and relevant solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Place of Work:

Horsham, West Sussex. This is initially an office-based role, with the opportunity to work from home for half a day per week following successful completion of probation and achievement of agreed KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, working closely with the wider Sales team.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and regular check-ins.
• Manage customer renewals, engaging with customers in advance to ensure a smooth and timely process.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, from initial trials and licence activation to training and ongoing adoption.
• Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM and support quotation and renewal processes.
• Ensure customers are making effective use of Detego technology and are kept informed of relevant new features and capabilities.
• Provide first-line assistance with software installation and functionality.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities to provide additional support or introduce relevant Detego solutions.
• Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving.
• Experience supporting customer onboarding, account management, and renewals.
• Confidence using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
• The ability to develop a strong technical understanding of software products and provide first-line customer support.
• Ability to commute to our Horsham, West Sussex office.
• Experience within the software or technology industry.
• Experience identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products or solutions.
• Familiarity with quotation, renewal, or licence management processes.
