We’re looking for people who are:

Experienced in sales (essential) – backgrounds in recruitment, call centres, or similar environments are ideal.
Motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a passion for prospecting and converting leads into loyal customers .
Confident making outbound calls and using email to engage decision-makers, secure appointments, and close opportunities .

We would welcome applications from candidates that can speak Arabic but this is not essential.

The role:

35 Hours per week (Part time/job shares considered)
Flexible working between 8am - 6pm
Office based in Wakefield WF1 2UF

About the role

Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and tailored outreach.
Convert enquiries into customers , ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding process.
Deliver a first-class customer experience from first contact through to account handover or ongoing support .
Work towards clear monthly sales targets with a defined plan and dedicated manager support.
Generate and undertake qualified meetings.
Contribute insights and feedback to help refine our sales strategy and continuously improve.

About you
