The Role

Customer Service Advisor - Nights 4 on 4 off - Wigan - 39.5 Hours Per week - £28,345.20 Per Annum

We’re looking for a Customer Services Adviser who will be the face of our business, bringing outstanding customer service

Here’s what you need to know before applying:

Your key duties will include:

• Act on all enquiries from Customers and Client and report as appropriate.
• To treat all company equipment and property with respect and care.
• To process parking transactions in accordance with company policy.
• Carry out first-line checks and complete all paperwork as required by the Contract Manager
• Work in accordance with H&S procedures.
• To assist with office duties.
• To complete daily documents in accordance with company policy.
• To undertake various other duties as may be required.
• To be familiar with company policies including Equal Opportunities and Diversity.

The package on offer for you:

£28,345.20 Per Annum

4 Nights on 4 Nights Off (8pm till 8am)
