VIVO Defence Ltd is seeking a hands-on Service Manager for RAF Digby, overseeing a broad programme of Planned and Reactive Maintenance plus small-value billable works. The role involves coordinating through Maximo CAFM, ensuring safety, compliance and delivery to the client’s expectations on a live Defence estate.

You will lead maintenance activities, manage on-site teams, and liaise with the Built Estate Manager to ensure contractual deliverables are met.
