Mind Retail is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a team and volunteers to meet sales and profit targets. You’ll work with the Shop Manager to ensure outstanding customer service and high shop standards, acting as a stand-in for daily operations when the Manager is away.
You’ll be supported to grow through development programmes and workshops, contributing to Mind’s fight for mental health and community impact.
