Full Time | Permanent

Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm - No Weekends

Due to continued business growth, they are looking torecruit an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their successfulteam in Milton Keynes.

The Role

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be the main point ofcontact for customers throughout the repair process, ensuring an exceptionalcustomer experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managingcustomer enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and via email
• Providingregular updates on vehicle repair progress
• Liaisingwith insurance companies, engineers and workshop teams
• Bookingvehicles into the workshop and managing repair schedules
• Handlingestimates, invoicing and administration
• Resolvingcustomer queries professionally and efficiently
• Ensuringthe highest standards of customer satisfaction are maintained

About You

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Severalyears' experience as a Service Advisor
• Experiencewithin an Accident Repair Bodyshop or Main Dealer environment is essential
• Excellentcommunication and customer service skills
• Strongorganisational and administrative abilities
• Theability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Afull UK driving licence
