G2 Legal Limited is seeking a diligent Court of Protection Paralegal to join its specialist Mental Health and Court of Protection team in the region. The role concentrates on welfare and Section 21A matters, providing high-quality support to vulnerable individuals who lack capacity.
You will assist with managing a Solicitors' busy workload, attend court hearings with the Solicitor, draft applications and statements, and ensure work complies with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Legal Aid
