Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to support people with severe mental illness in East Hertfordshire to secure paid work. You’ll manage a caseload of up to 25, provide rapid job search, build employer links and ensure appropriate workplace adjustments.
You will work in a multi-disciplinary Community Team, delivering evidence-based IPS and coordinating with external agencies to promote successful employment outcomes.
