Lead, Elective Admissions & Scheduling

Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Elective Admissions Team Leader (NHS AfC: Band 4) to oversee a team of Booking Co-ordinators and manage clerical staff to meet patient access targets.

You will liaise with clinicians and managers, supervise recruitment and training, and drive process improvements in elective admissions while supporting staff wellbeing in a busy, patient‑facing environment.
