ASA Recruitment’s client, a Public Sector organisation in Tranent, is currently looking to recruit 2 Roofers, on an initial 3-month contract (with potential extensions) on a rate of c.£16.26/hour PAYE (based on experience).
Responsibilities:
Carrying out roofing repairs to stock
Working alongside other trades, with jobs taking place in both tenanted and empty properties.
Essential Experience:
Driving Licence
Served modern apprenticeship/SVQ Level 3 or previous equivalent and passed skills test. Relevant trade qualification
Relevant trade experience in domestic and commercial market
Understanding of effective customer care
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Effective organisational and time management skills
Ability to use own initiative
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work flexibly as part of a team
Ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders
