Hearsall Community Academy in Coventry is seeking twoBehaviour Mentors to support pupils with SEMH needs and promote positive behaviour. You will contribute under the guidance of the Pastoral Lead, Senior Leadership Team and SENDCO to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
The role requires strong KS2 teaching ability and a willingness to work in Adaptive Provisions, with a salary on the Grade 3 scale (£22,314–£23,393) and 37 hours per week on a permanent contract.
