Night Hospice Care Assistant — End-of-Life at Home

Trinity Hospice's Hospice at Home team is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients in their own homes across the community, delivering comfort and dignity.

You'll work alongside Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to support symptom management, provide personal care, and guide families through what can be a difficult journey, while ensuring safe, high‑quality care and accurate documentation.
