MHA is seeking a compassionate Chaplain to support the spiritual and pastoral life of the home or scheme, helping residents, families and staff feel valued and listened to. You will work with the Chaplaincy and Spirituality Department, nurturing worship and providing pastoral care while respecting diverse beliefs.
The role involves developing links with local faith communities, visiting residents, and representing MHA in faith circles. A recognised qualification is desirable but not essential.
