Night Shift Senior Health Care Lead

Burscough Manor Care Home, part of the Sandstone Care Group, is seeking a Senior Health Care Assistant for night shifts. You will lead the night team, deliver personal care, administer medications, and maintain patient records to ensure residents are safe, comfortable and well cared for overnight.

The role requires previous care experience and an NVQ Level 3 or willingness to work towards it, with an emphasis on leadership, compassion, and careful record-keeping in a night-time environment.
