As Store Manager (known as General Manager within the business), you'll be trusted with full responsibility for your location's business performance in a highly KPI driven environment. It will be vital to develop a culture of high achievement that is cascaded down through your Assistant Managers and pushes the store ahead of the competition. Your motivational and coaching skills will inspire the team and make the most of their talents – ensuring our customers get the expert advice and quick service they're expecting from us.
