Operational Change Analyst - Data-Driven, Maternity Cover

Cifas in London is seeking an interim Operational Change Analyst to support maternity cover. You will develop operational reporting, dashboards and KPIs, analysing data to drive decisions and improvement across the organisation.

You'll work with stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions, translate insights into action, and help shape governance and change initiatives while maintaining wellbeing and flexible working.
