Property Manager

Property Manager

Quicklet – Belfast

Own Your Portfolio. Make Decisions. Drive Results.

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager with at least 1 year of property management experience who takes ownership, solves problems and enjoys delivering results.

At Quicklet, you won’t be one part of a process or waiting for someone else to act. You’ll manage your own portfolio and be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. You’ll have the responsibility to make decisions, the accountability to follow things through, and the support of a team around you.

This is a busy role, but it’s structured. You’ll have clear processes, the right systems and a team that helps you succeed.

With continued growth and an upcoming acquisition, we’re expanding our Belfast team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing your own portfolio of residential properties
• Acting as the main contact for landlords and tenants
• Managing tenancies from move-in through to move-out
• Coordinating maintenance through Fixflo and managing contractor progress
• Carrying out inspections and following up on actions
• Keeping compliance, certificates and documentation up to date
• Maintaining accurate portfolio records and using data to make informed decisions

You won’t just manage tasks - you’ll own outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Minimum 1 year property management experience including client relationship management
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions
• Proven success of achieving KPI targets

You’ll thrive at Quicklet if you are:

• Accountable and take ownership
• Solution-focused and proactive
• Competitive and motivated by achieving high standards
• Comfortable using data and facts to drive decisions
• Someone who follows through and gets things done

Our values are simple: Respectful. Professional. Results-driven. And we look for people with graft, grit and gumption.

Why Join Quicklet?

Quicklet is a scaling business with ambitious plans, creating genuine opportunities for people who want to grow with us.

You’ll get:

• Career progression opportunities as the business expands
• A competitive salary based on experience
• A culture-led company where values influence our decisions
• Quarterly team bonding days to celebrate success and build relationships
• A trusted working environment, including access to our work-from-home initiative after probation
• The opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business
