World Vision seeks a Strategic Change Lead to drive the people side of its transformation as it implements a new three-year strategy. Hybrid role based in Milton Keynes, reporting to the Programme Director and collaborating with People and Culture and Internal Communications to embed new ways of working.
You will lead change management, build leadership capability, and ensure stakeholders understand, embrace and sustain the changes across the charity.
