Commercial Management Contract Management Bid & Procurement Professionals

Built your experience? Ready to help someone else build theirs?

Sequora is looking for an experienced commercial professional to join a unique two-person capability pod supporting live public sector delivery within Capita's Commercial Deals Team.

This is not just another Commercial Manager role.

You'll combine hands-on commercial delivery with something equally important: helping a talented early-career practitioner develop their confidence, judgement and capability through real work.

If you enjoy solving problems, navigating complexity, managing contracts, supporting bids and helping others succeed, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

What Makes This Different?

• Own meaningful commercial work packages
• Support live public sector bids and contracts
• Coach and develop a Core Academy practitioner
• Build leadership and mentoring experience
• Continue your own professional development through the Sequora Academy
• Be part of an innovative capability model that combines learning with live delivery

We're Looking For People With Experience In:

• Commercial Management
• Contract Management
• Public Sector Procurement
• Bid and Proposal Management
• Supplier & Contract Performance
• Commercial Governance
• Risk & Assurance
• Project or Programme Delivery
• Defence, Infrastructure or Public Sector Environments

You do not need a specific qualification or industry background.

What matters is your ability to apply sound judgement, work collaboratively and genuinely want to help another person grow.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Enjoy developing people as much as delivering results
• Can balance guidance with accountability
• Have strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Stay calm when managing risk, ambiguity and deadlines
• Are still curious and committed to your own development

Why Join Sequora?

At Sequora, we believe experience creates the greatest impact when it is shared.

You'll be employed and supported by Sequora while working alongside Capita's Public Sector Commercial Deals Team. You'll gain exposure to live commercial delivery, continue developing your own capability and play a key role in accelerating someone else's career.

Bring your experience. Strengthen delivery. Help someone else grow.
