We’re now looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team and take ownership of our Employee Relations caseload, helping to shape a confident, proactive and high-performing manager advisory service across the business.
Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll be the go-to expert for Employee Relations, managing cases end-to-end and providing pragmatic, legally sound advice to managers and stakeholders across InHealth.
