Kitchen Supervisor – Fresh Food at a Care Home

Bupa at Ardenlea Grove Care Home in Solihull is seeking an Assistant Chef to join the bank staffing with flexible hours. You will create varied, nutritious menus in line with dietary needs and lead the kitchen team in prepping, cooking and serving meals for residents.

You will manage all related paperwork, adherence to COSHH and HACCP guidelines and assist with budgets, orders and deliveries. The role includes catering for special events such as summer fetes and Christmas parties.
