Oncology Ward Lead Nurse: Clinical Leader & Mentor

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is recruiting a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse for Ward 35 in Oncology & Haematology. The role is Band 6 on a full-time, 37.5-hour contract, with rotational days and nights, based at Coventry.

You will provide clinical leadership, lead a busy 27-bed ward, manage chemotherapy administration, supervise staff, and ensure safe, effective patient care in both curative and palliative cancer treatment settings.
