NHS Dumfries and Galloway is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Acute Frailty Team. You will assess, diagnose and manage the care of frail older people across acute hospital services, working autonomously within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
This role offers opportunities to lead, educate and influence practice across the organisation, contributing to a 7-day specialist frailty service and service development initiatives.
