You will work alongside the Lead Radiographer to maintain a high-quality breast imaging service across static and mobile sites, ensuring safe, patient-centred care and staff development.
You will supervise Radiographers and trainees, coordinate rotas and QA processes, and help drive service improvement within NHSBSP standards.
