Bupa's Crossley House Care Home in Bradford is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and personal care. You will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care that respects residents' independence and choices.
In this role you will follow care plans, observe changes in residents' needs, assist with nutrition, hydration and engagement activities, and maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements.
