NELFT NHS Foundation Trust in North East London seeks an experienced Registered Nurse with a District Nurse qualification to lead the District Nursing team as Band 7 Team Leader. You will be professionally accountable and manage delivery of care across multiple sites.
You will supervise pre-registration students, support peers, and develop nursing services within primary care while collaborating with health and social care partners.
