Key Responsibilities:

As a Reservations Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of the reservations process across multiple properties, with a particular focus on group business.

Supervise group and individual reservation processes across multiple properties
Work alongside the Revenue Manager to maximise room revenue and follow group reservation strategies
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and identify opportunities to increase revenue
Prepare and manage reservations and revenue reports
Support and guide Reservations Agents, ensuring high standards are maintained
Coordinate closely with Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure guest requirements are communicated effectively
Recognise loyalty programme members and ensure a consistently professional guest experience
Complete quality checks and ensure reservations are accurately managed

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced reservations professional who can confidently support a busy team and work across multiple properties.

Previous group reservations experience within a branded hotel environment is desirable
Strong understanding of loyalty programmes, ideally IHG One Rewards and Marriott Bonvoy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Opera experience is essential, with a move to Opera Cloud planned
Delphi experience would be advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach to delivering excellent guest service and supporting colleagues
