Skincare Counter Manager — Lead & Inspire Sales

No7 Beauty Company is seeking a Liz Earle Counter Manager to lead a busy in-store counter, coach a small team and deliver personal skincare consultations. You'll be based on the Liz Earle counter and report to the Regional Business Manager.

The role focuses on delivering sales targets, presenting products beautifully, developing the team through the 12-month Skin School programme, and acting as a brand ambassador across the store.
