At Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Cheltenhamwe’re offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Front of House Managerto join our aftersales team, acting as a vital link between customers and the workshop to ensure smooth, satisfying service journeys.

In this role:

You’ll manage and nurture customer relationships from booking through to service completion, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
You’ll support and train new team members within the Service department, driving performance and meeting KPIs.
Acting as a key point of contact, you’ll handle complex customer issues with professionalism and collaborate with management for solutions.
You’ll complete all administration accurately, maintaining high standards of customer care throughout their Marshall journey.

We're looking for:

Someone with previous Service Advisor experience, ready to take the next step in their career.
Someone who is customer-focused, who thrives on delivering great service and managing expectations effectively.
Someone organised and detail-oriented, who can manage their own workload and support a high-performing team.
Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer, every time.
