Full Time, Permanent, Nottingham (Outskirts)

£27,250 plus quarterly bonus

The Role

We are seeking a focused and dedicated new team member to join a growing Account Management team. The primary responsibility as an Account Manager will be to manage b2b customer accounts on a daily basis.

• Communicate effectively and courteously with customers and suppliers via telephone and email, ensuring clear and concise communication.
• Process customers' bookings and requests placing those requests on our bespoke management system and ensuring orders are followed through upon our suppliers and carried out on time.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming calls for reference and documentation purposes.
• Resolve customer queries using personal initiative and with the team s input.
• Generate custom reports using Microsoft Office software as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and legislation.
• Ensure all data on our IT systems are accurate and complete.

The Candidate

The ideal Account Manager will be able to demonstrate the following:

• An understanding of the importance of excellent customer service and the ability to deliver it.
• IT proficiency.
• Clear and direct communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Supportive attitude towards team members and willingness to take on additional tasks during busy periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically and accurately.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• GSCE or equivalent qualification in English and Mathematics.
