Pay rate: £14.00 per hour

Immediate Start

We are looking for an organised, proactive Account Co‑ordinator to support the Account Manager and wider team in delivering first‑class service to our client. You will handle day‑to‑day account administration, co‑ordinate all aspects of the temporary workforce, maintain accurate records and act as a key contact for both workers and the client to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Account Coordinator key responsibilities:

• Work alongside and support the Account Manager.
• Carry out recruitment activities such as screening, interviewing, right‑to‑work checks, reference checks, and inductions.
• Schedule shifts and allocate suitable candidates according to the headcount plan.
• Liaise with site managers.
• Handle worker queries and monitor attendance and performance.
• Resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
• Work well under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment.

Skills / Experience Required:

• Experience in account co‑ordination, administration, recruitment/staffing, customer service or similar.
• Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communication skills (phone and written).
• High attention to detail and accuracy with records and documentation.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Comfortable using MS Office, CRM, scheduling and admin systems.
• Collaborative, proactive and solution‑focused approach.
• Commercial awareness and a strong focus on service delivery

Working Hours:

Core office hours - Monday to Friday 11:00 - 19:00. We are looking for flexibility in this role. Some days you might be required to be onsite at different times. So, we are happy to discuss what the hours look like for you.
