About the Customer Service Executive Role

As a Customer Service Executive, you'll build relationships with customers, support them with a range of enquiries and ensure they receive a consistently high level of service. Customer Service Executive Job Overview

• Handling customer enquiries over the phone and face-to-face
• Building strong and lasting relationships with customers
• Processing customer requests and account changes accurately

• Confidence using your initiative and solving problems
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades 9–4/A–C, or equivalent
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car due to the office location
