The Role

We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a busy franchised main dealership in Swanley.

If you have strong technical knowledge, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service - this could be the perfect next step in your motor trade career.

Key Responsibilities

• * Greet and advise customers on all service and repair requirements
• * Handle technical queries professionally and efficiently
• * Book vehicles into the workshop and manage job progress updates
• * Liaise between the workshop, customers, and service management
• * Cross-sell additional work, repairs, and parts where appropriate
• * Accurately raise invoices and ensure smooth handover upon completion

Your Background & Skills

• * Minimum 1 years' experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership
• * Strong technical understanding of vehicles and service processes
• * Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• * Professional, well-presented, and highly organised
• * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• * Committed to delivering a first-class dealership experience
