As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the business. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and help drive sales performance across the store.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and promote brand loyalty
Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance
Oversee visual merchandising and maintain premium store standards
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
Manage stock control, replenishment, and inventory processes
Act as Store Manager in their absence
About You
Previous experience in a retail management role, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance or premium retail
A passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
Strong people leadership and coaching skills
Commercially aware with a track record of delivering results
Positive, energetic, and hands-on management style
