Key responsibilities

• Managing records and documentation
• Working with SharePoint and Microsoft 365
• Producing KPI reports and management information
• Maintaining accurate compliance records
• Supporting audits and business processes

Essential criteria for this role

• Previous administration or document control experience
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Excellent attention to detail
• A proactive and organised approach
