Job Specific: Tasks associated with your position
Follow opening, closing and shift duties and checklists as directed
Report shortages (or over production) as soon as possible
Pack and label products in a timely and accurate manner at all times
Make sure packing machinery and equipment is well maintained
Report any quality issues immediately to your manager / manager on duty
Report any maintenance issues to your manager / manager on duty
Work collaboratively as part of team to complete orders and preparation lists
Receive and store deliveries, rotate stock, checking invoices and packing notes
Maintain cleanliness across all areas during set up, close down and during service
Monitor freshness and ensure correct use and adherence to "use-by dates"
Accurately record and dispose of wasted product at the end of each day
Adhere to all food safety, health, licensing, and fire safety regulations.
Stay informed on menu and marketing changes, supplies, and policy changes
