The Opportunity: Office Administrator (Operations & Sales Support)

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Office Administrator to join our York team.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business—supporting both operations and sales, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes while ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the day-to-day running of the office and operations
• Assisting the sales team with quotes, orders, and customer follow-ups
• Managing incoming enquiries and directing them appropriately
• Coordinating schedules, appointments, and internal workflows
• Maintaining accurate records across CRM and internal systems
• Preparing documentation for projects and installations
• Supporting communication between customers, surveyors, and installation teams
• Helping ensure jobs move efficiently from sale → survey → installation
• General administrative support to keep the team running effectively
