We are looking for an experienced Multi-Site Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across several of our hospitality locations in and around Bristol. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on variety, enjoys travelling between sites, and can maintain consistently high standards of service wherever they are working.
Key Responsibilities
Supervising day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring each location is fully staffed, compliant, and running smoothly.
Travelling regularly between sites, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
Leading, coaching, and motivating site teams, stepping in to manage rotas, escalations, and customer service issues as they arise.
Monitoring stock, health and safety compliance, and financial performance at each site, reporting into senior management.
Acting as the key point of contact for duty management cover, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar supervisory role within hospitality, retail, or catering.
A full, valid UK driving licence, as this role requires regular travel between multiple sites.
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise across competing demands.
A flexible, calm approach and confidence making decisions under pressure.
