Family Hub Outreach Worker: Early Help & Parenting

South Gloucestershire Council is recruiting for a Best Start Family Hub worker to help babies and children aged 0-5 get the best possible start in life. You will work across Family Hubs, Children’s Centres, family homes and community settings, providing practical support and signposting.

You will work under a Best Start Senior Family Hub Worker, deliver parenting programmes and information, and build partnerships with local services.
