Hamilton Woods Associates is recruiting an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join a leading housing organisation in Birmingham. The role focuses on advising managers on a varied ER caseload and delivering practical guidance across disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance and absence matters.
You will support investigations, hearings and appeals while maintaining robust case records and adhering to UK employment law and the ACAS Code. A CIPD Level 5 qualification is desirable.
